Kristian Sullivan-Jakubiszyn is honored to serve as the President of the Coalition of Northern California Recovery Residences (CNCRR). He is the Director of Life Recovery Ministries, a 12-month faith-based recovery program, where he has been involved in leadership for the past five years.

With over ten years in his own recovery journey, Kristian understands firsthand the challenges and hope that come with rebuilding a life. He also serves as a pastor at The Father’s House Church in Oroville, California, where he helps support individuals walking through healing and transformation.

A grateful husband and father of three, Kristian is passionate about creating spaces where people can experience real change, build community, and discover lasting purpose.

Terrye Lucas is honored to serve as the Vice Chair of the Coalition of Northern California Recovery Residences (CNCRR). She first became involved with the coalition several years ago while serving on a board tasked with opening a women’s sober living home. After attending several meetings, leadership changes left a need for someone to step in—and Terrye was nominated and elected to help guide the coalition’s mission of bringing accountability and support to sober living environments throughout Butte County.

Before moving to California, Terrye served on the Illinois Coalition of Domestic Violence and worked with three shelters, where she helped draft legislation, built volunteer programs, and supported survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Since relocating to California, she has managed women’s sober living environments, led life skills groups, facilitated recovery programs, and served in prison ministry. Terrye often recalls moments in public when someone joyfully calls out, “Hey Terrye, remember me from jail?”—a reminder of the lives touched through her work and the power of second chances.

With a steadfast heart for recovery and transformation, Terrye is passionate about walking alongside women and families as they navigate their path to recovery.
